  • A hand-crafted billiard table covered in golden sheets was put up for sale at 60,000 euros.

Diamond-encrusted abayas priced at $55,000

Two stunningly embellished, ultra luxury abayas designed by UAE national Afra Al Ghafli for Oshia Fashion Design were unveiled at the Bride Show Abu Dhabi. This wedding dress consists of an amalgamation of diamonds, crystals, cultured pearls, turquoise and silver discs embellishments on the natural black silk fabric.

Designer Al Ghafli is planning to present one of the abayas to Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, wife of the late H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and president of UAE Women’s Association.

Priced at $55,000, this wedding dress assures future brides to look ravishingly beautiful on the big day.

Recently, the football star and wife Victoria were spotted on a rented island while they were celebrating their wedding anniversary. It was their 10th wedding anniversary and they had rented the North Island paradise of the Seychelles (Southeast Africa), which cost them upwards of $200,000.

New York couple tie the knot in zero gravity

A New York couple who were determined to tie the knot in zero-gravity finally did get married in a converted Boeing 727 jet by going Å”head over heels.

Noah Fulmore and Erin Finnegan, lovers of science fiction, exchanged vows had to pay more than $13,368 for this weightless wedding in this jet that also undertakes roller coaster-styled dives. The flight lasted 90 minutes and made 16 roller coaster-type dives.

The rings they exchanged were also unique since they were made from precious metal fragments of a meteorite that hit Earth in Namibia around 30,000 years ago.

The marriage ceremony was officiated by Richard Garriott, the British-born space tourist.
