In the recent times, annual ritual at the SIHH show in Geneva has been following a ritual of unveiling of a Cartier grande complication. For the New Year, Cartier plans to introduce another stunning pocket watch that borrows its inspiration from the 1930′s. It’s a grande complication alright featuring a tourbillon, perpetual calendar and monopusher chronograph. In white gold brilliance the Cartier is adorned with skeletonized Roman numerals and a mechanical hand-wind Calibre 9436 MC. For all of you eyeing for this watch already this is a Limited 10 pieces Edition with additional 5 diamond-set pieces to add some more shimmering elegance to the timepieces.
Antoine Preziuso’s Mega Tourbillon is worth $310,000
Known to be one of the world’s largest wrist watch tourbillon, The Mega Tourbillon priced at $310,000 is fabricated by master watchmaker Antoine Preziuso.
Preziuso manufactured this tourbillion to commemorate the opening of his new boutique at the Dubai Burj Al Arab hotel.

Louis Moinet serves dinosaurs in the ‘Louis Moinet Jurassic Tourbillon’
A watch unveiled at the Baselworld this year, has taken everyone aback. The watch in question is The Jurassic Tourbillon by Louis Moinet that has been constituted with130-million-year-old dinosaur bones – which have undergone a meticulous process of preservation – on the dial!
The monstrous timepiece has been created with detailed craftsmanship, with every little detail taken care of so as to not break but beautifully cut, polish and highlight the bones of this prehistoric animal.

Corum is celebrating 30 years since it launched the legendary Golden Bridge movements and watches, with a special edition Golden Bridge for men and Miss Golden Bridge for ladies.

Cabestan defines luxury with ‘Nostromo’ and ‘Sol Invictus
Inspired by the ship from the‚ Alien‚ movie, the Cabestan Nostromo features a power reserve indicator (50 hours), three engraved rotary drums, and crystal windows on its sides.
Priced at $141,000, the watch is encased in titanium with a fine phosphorescent coating inside the bridges, windows and surfaces of the movement diffuses a yellow-green light that illuminates the mechanism and spreads over the strap hence creating an almost supernatural effect.
Another product by Cabestan ” Sol Invictus’- is the first watch to combine a chain & fusƒe with drums and vertical tourbillon in a watch.
Priced at $560,000, the Sol Invictus’ features the use of two brushless motors. While one is used for rewinding the movement, the other is used for setting the time.
