DynaWing Solar Hybrid Supertanker

The latest offering by Sauter Carbon Offset Design appears most ambitious. The project has been titled as Deliverance, a DynaWing Solar Hybrid Supertanker. If you are a die-heart fan of hybrid cars, then the Supertanker will amaze as the largest and greenest vessel ever built. The main purpose of the Supertanker is to transport crude oil all over the world. The tanker is designed to do this with the help of latest hybrid technology marrying power from LNG with Solar and Wind Power. By doing this the Emax Supertanker will be expected to reduce fuel consumption and GHG emissions by at least 35%. With its long and narrow design it is expected to navigate the enlarged locks of Panama Canal with ease.
AS per Richard Sauter a Solar Hybrid Post Panamax VLCC presents us with a major win win scenario, for apart from safeguarding the planet, oil companies can look forward to savings of up to 60 million dollars a year on the purchase of fuel, which at today’s prices not only pays for the Emax Supertanker in under 4 years, but increases their earnings over her service life by over 1.5 billion US dollars.

The Emax Excalibur yacht

Solar powered yacht designs are popularly related with Sauter Carbon Offset Design. The latest Net Zero 22 meter Emax Excalibur yacht which is in tie up with the Ned Ship Group is also on the same ground. It supports a “Photo Voltaic Exoskeleton that can harvest and return to the grid enough energy per year to Offset up to 3,000 nautical miles of Carbon Neutral Cruising at 18 knots” and runs on “the new VW Marine 350TDI V8 and GM Allison dual mode Hybrid Transmission with Delco Remy motor/generators” which holds a 10 year warranty.
OEM Green Technology is used in order to speed up to 30knot and guarantees 50% reduction in GNG emissions and fuel consumption.
World’s first zero carbon 5 star hotel powered by sun

Designed by Christine Hadiningrat and Sauter Carbon Offset Design. They have teamed up to bring us Bali’s first solar powered Resort and Spa. Bali Net Zero Hotel Resort and Spa will not only be a luxurious playground for the rich and famous, but also a self-sustainable power plant for the surrounding communities. The hotel is designed with cascading floors, with each floor having their own solar panels on the rooftops.
Guests of the hotel will be able to enjoy luxurious amenities such as suites with ocean view, plunge pools and Jacuzzi, air conditioned tennis courts, spa and beauty clinic and a lot more without feeling an ounce of guilt. While energy for all these amenities will be powered by the hotel’s in-house solar power generating systems, additional power will be sold to local communities and the money earned from them will be used to build infrastructure, schools and community centers.
Eco-Friendly Ark Angel LSV Yacht
Luxury cruising has just been taken to a whole new, eco-friendly level. Richard Sauter of Sauter Carbon Offset Design recently released the Supernova solar hybrid megayacht, the Ocean Empire LSV, an eco-luxury yacht, and the Atlantic Sea Hawk, a zero carbon emissions 18-cabin cruiser. Now they’ve released the Ark Angel LSV, a carbon neutral megayacht that reduces fuel emissions 50 to 100 percent.
The 78 meter yacht is meant to be not only more environmentally-friendly than others in its class, but also faster. Richard Sauter says, “I consider the Ark Angel the Champion of Green Power not because she can do 28 knots and cruise for 5,000 nautical miles Carbon Neutral, but because in leading the campaign to responsible yachting, she is challenging all comers.”

A green heart knows how to combine luxury with a sense of environmental balance. And if you want to go the green mile, Sauter Carbon Offset Design and Atlantic Motor Yachts have come up with a zero-carbon companion called the Atlantic Sea Hawk. The zippy yacht is a Hi-performance Zero Carbon 18 meter Cabin Cruiser that can hit a top speed of 50 knots. Powered by the solar array which uses Plug-in power sources, these sources are charged with an Allison Nickel Metal Hydride storage system. This helps to run Hotel services along with powering the express cruiser to hit maximum speeds, while keeping emissions to zero.
