Rolls-Royce Phantom Experimental Electric Car

This year’s Geneva Motor Show, speculation was rife that Rolls-Royce would come out with an electric version of the Phantom. And confirming the news, the luxury car giants announced a one-off version on the Phantom Experimental Electric code named 102EX, to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, 2011. For the rest of the year, the go through a series of test rides to in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America for creating research data on which Rolls-Royce will base their future models. The company has no plans to retail the vehicle, but the car is said to deliver decent drive range between recharges.

Mosnar Communications has announced an open enrolment for their upcoming event that is being exclusively offered to owners of ultra luxury cars. The participants will get to give their own inspiration designs to some of the world’s leading ultra luxury car brands. This event will see several members from Design Teams of these car brands.

The luxury cars that will be showcased are being withheld from the public and participants will only get to see them on the date of attendance. But I guess the suspence will make it even more exiting. The participants should own luxury cars such as a Rolls Royce Ghost, Rolls Royce Phantom, Bentley Arnage, Bentley Flying Spur, Bentley Mulsanne, Maserati Quattroporte, Aston Martin Rapide, Porsche Panamera or Maybach.

CR Cataunya Ransom, lead publicist for Mosnar Communications said that the sales of ultra luxury cars are showing signs of recovery nationwide. Infact there has been a 16% increase in new car sales for the leading luxury car brands for the first seven months for the entire 2010 year.

By customizing the Rolls Royce Phantom, Project Kahn has yet again proved that they chase perfection in all their conversions.

The Rolls Royce you see above now boasts of a new electronically adjustable sports suspension riding on unique 22-inch Kahn RSD alloy wheels. And to add to the exclusiveness, the windows have been tinted; the lights received the clear lens treatment and inside the seats have been covered in Nappa leather. Not to mention, a golfing umbrella made of carbon has also been included in this car.

FYI: The Company also customizes the likes of Aston Martin, Bentley and Ferrari among others.

The Rolls-Royce Phantom couch is a specially designed luxury couch for all those auto nerds who would actually embrace the idea of having automotive furniture in their living room.

As the name suggests, the couch is inspired by none other than the Rolls Royce Phantom luxury super car that incorporates a regular trunk at the rear, a pair of dynamic wheels, red upholstery strikes and tail lights just like a high end car, all this for just $5500!

Rolls Royce unveils ‘Bespoke Yas Eagle range’

Rolls Royce Abu Dhabi recently unveiled a special edition model range called Yas Eagle to celebrate the regions first ever Formula 1 Grand Prix.

The new Bespoke Yas Eagle range includes three models: the Phantom Sedan, Phantom Coupe and Phantom Drophead Coupe.

The Bespoke Yas Eagle series also features a special two-tone paint scheme in white and blue, Cobalto Blue and Mugello Red upholstery, special wood interior accents and white dials. Apart from this, the Rolls Royce Yas Eagle also boasts of a bespoke steering wheel, lambswool foot mats and special tread plates.

‚ On its exterior, the Rolls Royce Yas Eagle features a special front fascia with a checkerboard motif, an illuminated Spirit of Ecstasy, 21 inch wheels and chromed exhaust pipes.
