The “inconvenient truth” behind Al Gore’s mega-millions..

Al Gore, the founder and chairman of the Alliance for Climate Protection has launched a $300 million advertising campaign to make Americans reduce carbon emissions and to put pressure on their political leaders to lower national carbon emissions (an Ŕissue that benefits his business interests).
He puts pressure on government to promote the low-carbon lifestyle through one of his multimillion-dollar organizations, the Alliance for Climate Protection which builds up another one of his other multimillion-dollar organizations, General Investment Management.
With Gore’s ever increasing investments in green energy companies, the former US President might be a super-committed individual determined to make the planet a better place, but the fact is that he is getting richer from his Å”environmentalism.
You’d also be interested to know that he earns $175,000 per speech. So much so for altruism?! Sigh.
