A clock that tells you the time in words
The time is displayed at the interval of every five minutes. In case you want a more accurate time, and then just look at the illuminated dots.
This interesting clock has a brightness sensor that helps illuminate the letters and adjust the brightness accordingly. This clock is available in several colours apart from the black one that you see in the picture. It is very easy to set and once it has been set properly, tells the time accurately without setting it manually again. In case you wish to place it on the desk then the acrylic glass holder will enable you to do that.
Its dimensions are 450 * 20 mm, and weigh approximately 4 kgs. The Electricity supply is 110V-220V, and has low energy consumption less than 2 Watts due to LED technology. The QLOCKTWO is handmade in Germany by Biegert & Funk.
Limited edition J12 Retrograde Mysterieuse by Chanel
In a move to celebrate the 12th anniversary of its J12 watch series, Chanel has presented the all new J12 Retrograde Mysterieuse’ in a limited series of only ten numbered watches in black ceramic and white gold, and ten pieces in black ceramic and pink gold, as well as a single timepiece in white ceramic and white gold.
Developed exclusively for Chanel by Renaud & Papi, the watch with its over-engineered mechanisms and aestheticism made its presence felt at the Baselworld 2010.

Swiss watch maker has Humblot paid a tribute to legendary Argentine footballer Diego Maradona with the Big Bang Maradona timepiece. Also, the great footballer has signed a contract with Humblot to be their newest brand ambassador.

Patek’s Le Tour du Monde de Magellan sells for $164,445
The Patek Philippe Le Tour du Monde de Magellan fetched a remarkable $164,445 at the Antiquorum’s weekend sale of Å”Important Collectors’ Wristwatches, Pocket Watches, Clocks and Horological Tools through bidding over live telephone, internet and even room bidding from bidders across the globe.
The intense bidding for this enamel dome clock took place over the phone with an Asian collector, and when it was finally sold at a record price, it was proved yet again that Patek Philipe manages to rule every auction.
This timepiece is a solar-powered and electro-mechanical, gilt-brass table clock with polychrome cloisonnƒ enamel panels by AMB, Ann-Marie Barbault.
What also made this timepiece such a rage is its history ” the fact that it was made in 1971 to celebrate the 450th anniversary of the death of Ferdinand Magellan.
Over 83% of the 466 lots offered on auction were sold, which included high bids for timepieces such as Rolex, Louis Moinet, Jacob & Co. etc. Quite expectedly, Patek Philippe timepieces fetched the highest bids with some even setting new records.‚
