Matthew Williamson is Going to Rock with his New Design for Belvedere Vodka

Come October and Matthew Williamson, the 38-year-old Mancunian designer has lots of bright and colorful clothing lines much contrary to his earlier designs. The designer recently confessed stating that he had feared about his tastes not always being commercially viable. However, his perception changed once he got recognition with the three year stint in 2005 as creative director of Pucci, the 2009 sell-out H&M collection and this year’s foray into menswear.Williamson also stated that he does not want to create any clothes that have absolutely no selling values.
If you ask Williamson, “What gives him the real buzz?” He would probably quip that people should look at his dresses or suits and think to themselves that they have to have that. Apparently, the designer is seemed to be surprised by the British tastes as his best selling garment this season has been a black dress, which is completely plain, knee-length, with long sleeves. Williamson quickly rationalizes at this trend. He is of the opinion that the current economic situation is the reason behind as people choose to play safe, and not really go on the splurging spree.
Williamson’s Spring/Summer collection, which he has designed in collaboration with Belvedere Vodka will be about going back to his roots, which will have full of playful prints. Interestingly, Williamson admitted that he has always loved women as they are his best muses. He finds women very wonderful to dress. Now talk about women, and I must include that Williamson’s talent was first spotted by Jade Jagger right after he graduated from Central Saint Martins in the year 1994. After this, beautiful women like Kate Moss, Rachel Weisz, Kirsten Dunst, Cheryl Cole and Sienna Miller donned his clothes. Out of all these beautiful women, Williamson chooses Miller as his best muse and mate. He is totally in awe of her beauty. Surprisingly, Williamson says that he is not at all interested in maintaining that only celebrities should wear his clothes. This is quite humble on his part despite having won the recognition.
Belvedere Vodka Goes A Shade Of Silver For The Festive Season

The Polish all natural super premium Vodka brand, Belvedere, too could not escape the cheer of the holiday season. And so it has launched a limited edition silver bottle that is just perfect to suit the festivities lying in wait ahead. The catch is that this exclusive liquor bottle will be available only until the New Year. Not just that, it is a spectacle to behold for the company’s signature design is set again a mirrored background on the bottle to ensure a celebratory look.
Belvedere has made use of Dankowskie Gold Rye that is grown only in the sweeping plains of Poland’s Mazovia region and water from a pristine artesian well to make this special vodka. Of course, the high spirit was made to undergo the proprietary purification process with a four step distillation to reveal the vodka’s strength and character.

Its being quite some time that Belvedere vodka is in news for its promotional strategies, thereby strengthening brands image. The latest tool it has picked is the Jagger Dagger, a sword developed by jewelry designer Jade Jagger, daughter of Rolling Stone Mick Jagger and model Bianca Jagger. The sword dipped in 18K-white gold comes encrusted with 12-carats of brilliant-cut diamonds, 42 pastel sapphires, and a vital blue lapis lazuli square. Lately, Jade unveiled this revolutionary creation by throwing a gala party in the company of around 90 plus guests. The dagger is retailed at $250,000.
