World’s largest BMW showroom opens in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Motor has finally opened door to the same! It is said to be the world’s largest showroom for BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and BMW motorcycles. The UAE based motor company has invested 81.68 million for the stunning showroom sprawling over 35,000-square-meters.
The showroom will provide access to the brand’s complete line-up with color and package options. 70 automobiles and 10 motorcycles on display permanently. Apart from putting up pre-owned vehicles on sale as well, the showroom also has a workshop that can perform maintenance for as many as 120 vehicles at once. The audio-visual buffs, the facility also feature a private cinema which will host exclusive new-vehicle presentations. A café, a Formula One racing simulator and a children’s play area complete the setup.
Dream futuristic project Superbus

Wubbo Ockels a future visionary has got a boom in transportation and made a super bus that runs at a speed of 155 kmph a reality.
The electrically powered Dutch Superbus can accommodate 23 passengers at a time and is powered by a 300kw engine and several lithium-ion batteries that make it Eco- friendly. The vehicle itself is made entirely of carbon fiber and fiberglass. This design was earlier conceived for the home country of Ockels but due to its non-economical approach, he thought of launching it in Dubai as the country has immense cash flow.
The luxury lover tourist can enjoy a ride between Abu Dhabi and Dubai from next week when it will be showcased outside Europe for the first time. This excellent project is a brain child of TU Delft University of Technology in Holland.
Lorenzo Quinn’s Vroom Vroom

Swanky Park Lane, London boulevard has just received a new art installation piece, and it’s sure to turn some heads. Simply entitled “Vroom Vroom”, the piece is the brainchild of one Lorenzo Quinn. It’s built around the classic Fiat 500 that was the sculptor’s first car, grasped by a giant hand crafted out of aluminum and modeled after his own son’s.
The impression is that of an oversized child playing with a toy that to us would seem like a full-size car. The piece was previously displayed in Abu Dhabi and Valencia, Spain, before making its way to the neighborhood that is home to some of London’s finest hotels and boutiques.
Arizona Sun Ghost, Exclusive Car from Rolls Royce

Rolle Royce is the luxury car manufacturer who loves indulging the upper crust of the extremely affluent customers. Abu Dhabi Motors who are the dealers of Rolls Royce cars in Abu Dhabi recently announced the arrival of a world exclusive and unique Rolls Royce car to the region.
The car in question is the “Arizona Sun” Ghost. This is the first Ghost completed in the Arizona Sun exterior color. The hues of the Arizona desert are apparent in the design. The dark tan leather interior contrasts very well with the exterior design and color. It is something that appeals to the clientele in Abu Dhabi and they are already showing great interest in the bespoke Ghost.
Arno Husselmann, the General Manager of Abu Dhabi Motors just can’t stop raving about the Ghost. According to him the Ghost is a modern rendition of the timeless elegance of Rolls Royce. It adapts very well to the modern sensibilities without compromising on its core values.
The Rolls Royce Ghost Arizona Sun rises

The whole world now knows that the Middle East exercises over luxury car markets in the world. Which makes it very little of a surprise that the first Bespoke Rolls Royce Ghost in the world in a dazzling “Arizona Sun’ color that landed at Rolls-Royce dealer in Abu Dhabi was sold no sooner than it landed at the showroom. The Ghost is powered with a new 6.6 liter twin-turbo V12 engine and can go from 0-60 mph just 4.7 and hit top speeds of 155mph Inspired by the spirit, furnishing styles, and yachts in 1930′s the in-house designs for the Ghost have be crafted at the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars plant at Goodwood, England.
Christmas Tree Unveiled at Emirates Palace Hotel

The Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi unveiled its $11 million Christmas tree. The tree, which is adorned with golden and silver ornaments, stands at a staggering height of 42 feet.
The tree, though artificial, is pitted to be one of the most attractive items this Christmas because of its dazzle and grandeur. Apart from the precious ornaments, the tree also has a whole lot of jewelry as decoration. With some generous help from a local store, Style Gallery, who provided some gorgeous ear and neck jewels, the tree has been made to look like a million dollars indeed.
From a distance you may just notice the bigger ornaments but a closer look will bedazzle you once you notice the lovely diamonds, pearls, rubies and other precious stones peeping from behind the branches.
Though the hotel is situated in a predominantly Muslim country, the tree has been set up mainly as a tourist attraction.
Rolls Royce Launches Two New Models In Abu Dhabi
Rolls Royce has brought out two new special edition Phantoms designed especially for the AD in UAE. Both the designs have been inspired by the country’s rich culture and landscape. The first design, the Phantom Drophead Coupe has been christened Shaheen, which is the local name for a peregrine falcon used for hunting. This car has a marquise-white exterior plus Tudor red lines and matching red and seashell leather interiors, and lovely brass falcon inlays and comfortable embroidered head-rests.
The Phantom sedan on the other hand has been named Baynunah after Abu Dhabi’s sand dune covered western region. Its finishing is in shades of brown and tan that go with the name and features beautiful hand-crafted inlay and marquetry, and a solid gold Spirit of Ecstasy on the hood.
Ferrari and Opus Media Group introduced Official Ferrari Opus
Luxury is the second name of Middle East, and keeping with the tradition, Ferrari S.p.A. and Opus Media Group launched the Official Ferrari Opus weighs a 37kg 852 pages mega book at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. The book will feature over 2,000 rare pictures including a brilliant photo essay by contributed by photographer Rankin.
Cipriani’s Abu Dhabi Project
The Cipriani family is intensifying its empire; proclaim a new project in Abu Dhabi as part of the multibillion dollar Yas Island Project. The partnership will carry Cipriani to the Yas Yacht Club, Abu Dhabi’s first official yacht club. Cipriani, the four generation family that maneuver in New York, Los Angeles, London, Venice, Hong Kong, Istanbul and Porto Cervo Sardinia, will open their signature Italian restaurant, a Wine and Bellini Room, “Yotto” their first and only Japanese restaurant, a cigar lounge, “Allure” a nightclub, a private member’s yacht club and catering facilities.
The Yas Yacht Club, whose interior is premeditated by celebrated Italian architect Michele Bonan, is set to open November 12-14, which coincides with the Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Yas Island. Earlier this week, Dilbar, one of the world’s largest yachts arrived in the marina as part of the build up to the upcoming Formula 1â„ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Measuring in at an overall length of over 360 feet, Dilbar is one of the largest yachts in the world. She was custom built in 2008 by Lurssen Yachts with exterior designing by Tim Heywood and interiors by Alberto Pinto.
