The Christie’s Rockefeller Center headquarters in New York has exhibited the famous Elizabeth Taylor’s wrist-watch collection. There are fourteen of these glimmering beauties in total which are estimated at $ 4000 to $500, 000. The inclusions from both Vacheron Constantin and Patek Philippe definitely steal the limelight.

It is estimated at $300,000-$500,000, covered in “flame-cut” diamonds from dial to strap, the Kalla Haute Couture   Pampilles bracelet watch was gifted to Taylor by Michael Jackson. Made in 1989, it has been inspired from the Vacheron Constantin Kalla line from wherein originated their gold and diamond “Kallista”.

Sometime ago, news leaked out that Rolls Royce was planning on coming out with an electric car. For some, it went completely against the image of a Rolls but now that the company has announced that the first electric Rolls would be a Phantom, things are starting to look clearer. Rolls reveals that the electric Phantom would be out by the end of 2010 which means that car fanatics have barely a year to wait and see how good this turns out.

Rolls Royce believes that adding an electric car to their fleet would carve their name solidly into people’s minds as a company wishes to go green and are making efforts to do so; we’ll just have to wait and see how good it is. As for the Phantom, the car would probably cost near $400,000 and looks good enough to save the planet in.

The new fashion and jewelry lines are inspired by upcoming “TRON: Legacy” movie. Disney Consumer Products is in collaboration with designers Rousseau, Hayden-Harnett, Rotenier, TomTom and others to instigate a luxury accessory and shoe collection for women inspired by the high-tech 3D adventure which comes out in theaters on December 17, 2010.

The inspired range of silver and leather statement pieces include a limited edition 5-inch high-heeled platform sandal inspired by the fearless female warrior Quorra. The TRON Pop-Up Shop set to launch in Los Angeles this November will offer fans a one-stop shop for special and limited-edition TRON merchandise, including this new couture line for women. The shoe designed by Jerome C. Rousseau retails for $795. Or Holiday 2010, the shoe will be utterly sold at the TRON Pop-Up Shop and will expand to selected retailers worldwide in February 2011. Pieces range in from $90 – $2,600 and include earrings and necklaces from jewelry designer Robin Rotenier, handbags from Hayden-Harnett, jewelry from TomTom and unisex belts from Han Cholo.

PFU Imaging Solutions Europe Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujitsu, have created a special edition Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 and S1300 which have sold over 1 million models worldwide in the document scanner market, to commemorate its 50th anniversary.

PFU, who are the leaders in the document imaging scanners and related services, started operations under the name Unoke Electronic Industries in 1960. They thrived in the rapidly evolving IT industry by releasing high quality products including office computers, Unix servers and ECM software. PFU originated in the Ishikawa Prefecture of Japan and they have highlighted the regions traditional Wajima lacquerware in the special edition ScanSnap models. The Japanese aesthetics and convenience and traditional Japanese crafts have been combined very well in these special models.
