Roman Abramovich has been in a habit of making headlines for his extravagant lifestyle in the luxury world. If we start discussing people who spend outrageously, his name will come on the top of the list. This again pointed towards Abramovich. Though it is just considered to be a rumor as the name of the person has not been announced as yet, going by his previous stints, there is little doubt that the was Abramovich himself.
