Ferrari has teamed up with design studio David Weiner Ventures to produce a limited edition “audio instrument” called the Art.Engine. Whether you are a Ferrari fanatic or you have plain good taste this is one baby you cannot afford to miss. Not to forget that plain good taste wont do the trick you need the capital if you wanna boast of the good taste. Art.Engine is a limited edition speaker system from Ferrari. This swank speaker system includes Wi-Fi and digital amplification . It is designed to replace a surround-sound system with one art-installation-cum-stereo. It receives music from iTunes or streaming radio wirelessly from a computer, though an MP3 or CD player can be plugged in directly. It stands 47 inches high and 16 inches wide. It is also available in a variety of colours (not only the trademark red! For a change).

Samsung today divulged the hottest fashion phone, the SGH-E500, targeted for female consumers at SVIAZ Expo Comm 2006, Russia. The elegant E500 is essentially designed for female consumers who desire style and beauty. Samsung’s “ladies only” phone seems to have undergone a complete makeover in terms of its looks – changing from being a squarish kind of phone to a more “capsule” form. A sophisticated look of elegance is created by the use of a pearl-like finishing for the exterior surfaces, combined with rhinestone decoration on the front clamshell cover and a uniquely designed keypad that complements the overall phone design. E500 includes a 64-chord polyphonic ringer, high-speed GPRS data access via the internal WAP 2.0 browser, basic set of organizer features (alarm, calculator and currency converter, calendar, to-do list, voice memo, world time), and an internal phonebook supporting up to 1,000 entries.
Samsung, the E500 also features biorhythm, fatness index and calorie counter functions that can be easily accessed through the phone’s menus.

Motorola patents Feng Shui phone
Once again creativity and technology combine to give a new dimension to Motorola’s new Feng Shui patented camera phone- A mobile phone based on this patent would feature a direction sensor, digital camera (with software to analyze colors, order and balance of the environment), GPS to determine location of the space, an AM/FM radio (to make sure the space is far enough away from radio towers), and a table of “chi values.” The phone would also use the microphone to measure detrimental noise levels. On the basis of Feng-Shui principles, when you want to investigate a particular building or location, you just have to take some pictures of the surrounding area, point the phone to the main wall of the house and press the button. The results will be displayed as a summary indicating positive, neutral, or negative chi, or you will get detailed report about the chi rating for every parameter measured.
