Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Otis Maybach

As per the fan following of Maybach, it would have ripped the hearts of a million Maybach lovers when they saw Jay-Z and Kanye West take a beautiful 2004 Maybach 57 and tear it apart for the Grammy Award winning song ‘Otis’ in 2011. The butchered and mangled Maybach 57 was sailing in the expected price range of $100,000 and $150,000 at an auction to benefit Save the Children Foundation.

But regrettably, the sedan fetched only a meager $60,000 at the New York Contemporary Art Evening auction held by Phillips de Pury & Co. It’s a very fine car, but in general folks are a tad intimidated to be spotted driving a model from 2004.
